Shipping and Returns Policy

We use Tuffnells for delivery simply because they provide a superb all-round service.

Rugs in stock in our showroom are typically delivered within 2 working days, however special orders can take between 14 – 21 days, please advise us when placing your order in the comments box if you have a special requirements for delivery.

Standard delivery takes place Monday -Friday between 8.30am – 6pm. We do not deliver weekends unless specifically requested (additional premium payable).

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

We ship to mainland United Kingdom only; we reserve the right to refuse delivery.

Cancellation and Returns

  1. The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller by telephone & email within 7 working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
  2. Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Seller shall be responsible for the recovery of the Goods from the Buyer. The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) if the Goods are in fact defective.
  3. If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing the Seller by telephone & email within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods.
  4. In the event of cancellation, the Buyer shall be responsible for the returning of the Goods. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods within 30 days of cancellation.
  5. Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package.
  6. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
  7. We do not refund special order items, this includes any goods made to special order and size or any rug antislip cut to your specifications.
